1 - Install the discord bot | Invite Axie Management Discord Bot |
When you click on it you will go to your discord web page to accept the invitation of these bot to your server , select it .

Wait for welcome message the arrive. Please be sure you have DM enabled.
If you don't get the DM from the bot means you're not the owner of discord server.
2 - Link the bot with you Axie management account
Use the /start command e.g.
/start tracker_token: pin_code:
You can find the tracker token on your profile on the top right corner ↗️ or go to tracker profile, you must have a Google Account.
The pin code is a an alphanumeric combination of at least 5 digits that adds an extra layer of security. Loosing it will not compromise you but you will not be able to operate the bot.
3 - Add your scholars using /add e.g.
/add discord_user: ronin: private: pin_code:
Once done the scholar will receive a direct message with further instructions to set up their own account with their own pin code. After that they will be able to request QR codes.

Rinse and repeat, scholars need to be added one by one
Set your payout address as manager
As a manager you need to add you payout wallet. The manager % foreach scholar payments will be recived there.
- Go to https://tracker.axie.management and log in
- Go to https://tracker.axie.management/wallet
- Introduce your main / payout address as manager
SLP Claim and Payouts for managers
This is a manger level command that will start the payout for a specific scholar.
ℹ️ The payouts have a 3% fee taken from the managers part.
There a few things that we will check to make sure everything runs smoothly
- All payout addresses are set either through the tracker or the bot
- SLP percentages of distribution are set
- The account is actually claimable
/pay-to 'discord_user' 'pin_code'
The pay-to command takes some minutes to finish as we are doing several things in the background and we need to deal with the Ronin network.
We will be first making all validations and making sure everyone is set up with a ronin payout address and a percentage of the SLP distribution.
Only after that we proceed to claim the SLP, that never happens instantly and we will update you once it is done.
Logbook
Set up a channel for the bot to log all the activity and keep track of what is going on.

Scholar instructions
Once the manager set you up you will receive a message to create your own pin code. To do so copy the command that arrived to you, will be something like:
ℹ️ You need to run the command in your guild server, not in the DM where the Bot talked to you.

Get a new QR code
To get a new QR code type the following command:
/qr <pin_code>
Scholar Self Service Claim and Payout
This command will initiate the self claim and payout process. As long as the payout addresses are set all scholars can initiate it for themselves without the manger interaction.

Reset your pin code
If as a scholar you forgot your pin code you need to request a pin code reset to your manger.
As a manager you need to run the following command:
/reset 'discord_user' 'pin-code
Remove an scholar from the bot
To remove a scholar from the Bot run the following command
/delete 'discord_user' 'pin-code
As a scholar remove yourselve from any scholarship
If you changed guild and need to remove yourself from the old one, but you are not anymore in the old discord server, this is your command to start fresh.
/remove-me 'confirmation'
Bot visibility
Get visibilty from the bot on how your teams are doing and make sure you also keep an overview on what the bot is doing.

Get visibility on all the releavnt info on the account, keep track of the daily progess. Todays and yesterdays SLP, next claim, arena MMR and rank, Remaining Energy and PvE PVP & daily Quest progress

Security
Our main objective with this bot is to give a very high level of self service to scale operations without compromising security. We designed a system that relies on different layers that know as few as possible from each other. Discord Roles, to avoid accessing to unauthorized actions. Pin codes to avoid that Axie management has all the information.
Is it secure?
In crypto, sharing the private key is the biggest concern that you can ever have. We designed a system that makes it impossible for us to read your private key and yet use it for making payouts and delivering QR codes. For a technical explanation, keep reading.
Storing the private key
The biggest challenge we had was finding a way to store the private key that is secure and not accessible for axie management. For obvious reasons, we will not explain how exactly we do it, but we use your pin_code, server salt, and a few other elements to encrypt the private key. This is how a private key looks like stored in our server:

What does it mean for you?
We cannot access your private key without the pin code, which we do not store.
If your pin code were to be compromised, that would not be an issue, as other security layers are in place.
We still recommend resetting your pin code.
